One small step towards my dream

So today marked a small milestone towards my dream home of 159 Chisholm. I have presented my neighbour the offer to purchase their property. The offer sets the closing date on October 19, 2012. We have already agreed on the price. So what’s left is for them to get a lawyer to look over the paper work and sign it as a purchase agreement. Let’s hope that everything goes smoothly and I can start the architectural work by late October.
