More electrical rough in work today. Since I removed the soffit last weekend, the wires for the soffit lights are now ran.
There are 3 soffit lights on the south side.
There are 2 soffit lights on the east and west side.
The also started the work on my low voltage conduits. I wanted a set of conduits to be run throughout the house so that I can run any kind of low voltage wires such as Cat6 network wires or other kind of wires later. On the 3rd floor, I wanted an outdoor connection. The conduits I used here are Resi-Gard flexible raceway in 1 inch size. The low voltage brackets used is Carlon SC100A low voltage brackets which has an integrated ring to fit the Resi-Gard raceways.
Since the roof top terrace is my entertainment area, it must be well wired.
This is in the bedroom. There will be connection on either side of the bed. But the conduits needs to be changed since it is now running behind the 2×6 stud and will be blocking my spray foam.
In the family room where the TV is.
Another connection slightly further away.
This one is in the living room, but they got the location wrong. This wall will be filled with bookcase. It should have been located just to the right of the power socket.
Down in the basement I had the electricians to just leave the conduits open like this. I will run the wires then under the joists since there will be a drop ceiling.
