Trying to finish up the electrical work and pass the inspection before the spray foam starts. Here you can see all the supply wires are installed to the panel.
The switch before the basement stair is corrected to a 3-gang box. This one controls the 3-way light to 1st floor, stair light, and 3-way switch for the basement hall way.
Under the stair a electrical box is installed so that my stair light transformers can be placed in here.
All three set of stair lights will have their transforms installed here, then low voltage wires will go up to each floor to power the LED stair lights.
In the computer room, 4 run of Cat6 network wires goes to each corner of the house for security cameras.
Also in the computer room, the box for the 30 amp socket is installed.
Plumber came by on Tuesday morning to complete the laundry box so that spray foam can go ahead. Electrician also installed the 30 AMP dryer socket and the power socket for the washer.
In the mechanical room, here’s the power socket for the sump pump to the left and power socket for the water heater to the right.
Hanging from the roof is the power socket for the HRV which will be fixed to the joist space once the HRV unit is hung. It’s not secured because the HVAC contractor has indicated that the power cord for the HRV unit is very short. So we will be securing the socket only after HRV unit is installed.
Up in the 1st floor powder room, the in floor heating switch and the line that allow the heating line to be pulled up into wall is installed.
The same setup here in the 2nd floor bathroom.
Unfortunately the ESA inspection conflicted with the spray foam installation and I lost half of day of spray foam. So now the spray foam is unlikely to be finished and I have to wait for weeks before it will be completed.
