Spray foam insulation day 3

Two day before Christmas day, Great Northern Insulation scheduled to have the rest of the spray foam insulation done today.

On the first floor, the corner that was note completed before is now completed.

 

This is area inside the basement where there’s no access. We opened up the floor and spray foam is applied from the 1st floor.

In the basement, the walls are sprayed to R20.

The two below are the east side wall of the basement.

 

This is the north side wall of the basement.

Around the stair opening.

Inside the mechanical room.

Laundry room.

Basement washroom and the computer server room. The computer server room will have even more insulation installed to separate it from the rest of the living space.

 

There are quiet a few joist areas where they cannot get good access. That’s where they cannot get a full coverage on the rim joist.

These will be done later by their supervisor using a Froth-pak.
