Plumbing day 10 & 11

AV mechanical is here to continue the plumbing work. Here we pulled those PEX lines out of the spray foam. I added a little spray foam just so that the gap we left behind from the PEX lines is covered.

The next day, they completed the distribution manifold.

Here every room in the house and individual hot/cold shut off valves and are all “home-run” from this distribution manifold.

First time I opened the sump pit up and take a loot. The sandy soil around my house means that in over a year, there’s really not a single drop of water in the sump pit.
