Day 7 of EIFS installation. Today all the holes from the fasteners and any other uneven spots left on the walls are being filled. And all the meshes around the window / door openings are being folded and secured to the panel itself.
This is the south-east corner that I have show many times before. The holes from fasteners are filled with Durabond Durex Flexcrete. The meshes at the bottom as well as at the edge of window / door opening are all folded back to the board and secured to the board with a layer of Flexcrete.
Here you can see a similar spot from Day 6. All the holes are filled, and whatever grooves left after rasping is also filled. The surface of the panels are now flat and smooth.
A shot from the north-east corner. The Roxul boards are not as flat as the foam boards. But none the less all the holes are filled and ready for the base coat.
This is the roof top.
A close-up around the window opening. You can see the meshes around the window opening is now folded back and secured to the board.
The second floor wall in the front of the house. Yesterday, it was an all white canvas. Today, it looks like some kind of abstract art.
Took this picture the next day on Sunday morning so we can see what the entire front of the house looks like without the sun creating lighting issues.
