Batt insulation day 7 & 8

More batt insulation installation by myself over the weekend.

This time concentrating on the 1st floor walls. Here we have walls on the west side.

Around the door on the west side.

At the entrance.

And in the closet. It was really hard to get the insulation to fit properly behind the duct.

Here’s my office area.

In the 1st floor powder room.

And finally the south side wall in the kitchen. The 1st floor is pretty much completed. There’s a few spots that we will complete after all the HVACs are completed. So now only the 2nd floor bathroom still need batt insulation on the exterior wall. We’ll also need to finish up the ceiling. Then the insulation is nearly done.
